General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by ThePosh.net, either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us.
Prices
Although every effort is made to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately, no contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the item. You will then have the option to proceed with or cancel your order. We will only process such order with your explicit authority.
Which credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.
Payment
We only accept payment in Hong Kong Dollars or U.S. Dollars.
It is a crime to use an invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All fraudulent transactions will be investigated and reported to the police. We will press charges on anyone who carries out fraudulent card payments on the ThePosh.net website (www.theposh.net) and will look to pursue for damages.
Delivery
Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible, preferably the next working day. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Delivery costs and methods?
Domestic delivery
We offer local delivery via our courier partners and Hongkong Speedpost. All Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China orders over HKD280 or USD equivalent receive free delivery. All Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China orders (after all discounts if applicable) value less than HKD280 are charged a flat HKD20 delivery charge.
International delivery
We offer international delivery via our courier partners and Hongkong Speedpost. All international orders over HKD1000 or USD equivalent receive free delivery. All international orders (after all discounts if applicable) value less than HKD1000 are charged a flat HKD200 delivery charge.
Can I still change or cancel my order even after the system has already processed it?
Please email us at info@theposh.net straight away so that we can amend or cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, the below “Returns or Replacements” policy applies.
Trying on items
When trying on items, please ensure that the body is clean and do not leave marks and make damages to the items. We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if such problems are found to be caused by customers.
Returns or Replacements
We offer "no question asked, 7-day exchange policy" (counting from the first day the customer has received the delivery). We will only exchange items at an equal or higher value. Exchange items must be unworn and returned with all original tags attached.
For local exchange, we offer a one-time free exchange service per shipment. For all secondary exchanges, a flat fee of HK$50 is charged for shipping and handling for each exchange.
To exchange an item, please send us an email at info@theposh.net. We will try our best effort to assist you on the arrangement. Remember to write down your telephone number, purchase order number and item number in your email. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Pre-order Policy
We offer high demand items on a pre-order basis so customers wishing to purchase such sought after items, can secure their purchases. Pre-order means that the item is paid for at the point of order and prior to the item arriving.
Complaints
