Q: DO YOU OWN THE BAGS?

A: While we do list the bags on our website, we do not own the bags. The order is fulfilled by one of our store partners but to create a seamless shopping experience, we've created a universal shopping cart.

Q: WILL MY BAGS COME IN ONE BOX?

A: That depends on the store that is fulfilling the order. If multiple items are bought from different store partners, you should expect separate shipments. 

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT BIDS?

A: While we cannot accept bids, you can add an enquiry to our Bag Locator page and we'll find the bag you're looking for with a $199 deposit within 72 hours our your money back guaranteed.

Q: How do you authenticate each item?

A: Each store is put through a thorough vetting process for their Chanel authentication process by a team of luxury experts headed by our CSO. Q: What are your condition standards?

A: Pristine: Items show no signs of being worn and include tags.

Excellent: Items are in perfect condition but tags are not attached.

Very Good: Handbags may have slightly worn corners

Good: Handbags may have worn corners, tarnishing at hardware and creasing to leather.

*Many of our items come with original tags, boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards. When these are available, they will be mentioned in the item description.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: ALL Handbags are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

However non-returnable items can be consigned with the same store or one of our store partners.

If an item is final sale, you will see it under the Description in the product page.

All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Kindly note that returns cannot be made in-store. All items purchased through The Posh Net most be returned via-mail/postage.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can view the status of your order, obtain tracking information, and sign up for SMS notifications about your order under My Account.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders in real time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. This usually occurs within 30 minutes during business hours.
